– Developing resilience, aiming towards the well-being of each individual in the school community\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
– Developing individuals who exhibit an awareness of their Welsh identity and the Welsh language in all aspects of their lives.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

When\u00a0we asked\u00a0all\u00a0school stakeholders\u00a0about their opinion regarding the values that matter to us, it became evident\u00a0that they were in agreement\u00a0about the 10 that\u00a0matter most.<\/p>\n
Caring and inclusive\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n We are a school\u00a0that cares for all, our community\u00a0and the world around us.\u00a0 We treat\u00a0everyone\u00a0with dignity, fairness and with respect whatever their race, religion, sexuality and their needs.<\/p>\n Wales and our Welsh identity<\/em><\/p>\n We are proud of our language and\u00a0culture\u00a0and ensure\u00a0that they are given a prominent place\u00a0in the school’s\u00a0life\u00a0and work. We respect\u00a0the history of our area\u00a0as well as all of Wales and beyond.<\/p>\n Resilience<\/em><\/p>\n We are flexible and\u00a0ready to face\u00a0challenges confidently and\u00a0to persevere\u00a0when facing\u00a0barriers.<\/p>\n Creative and innovative<\/em><\/p>\n Our learners\u00a0are encouraged\u00a0and empowered\u00a0to be creative, innovative and\u00a0entrepreneurs.\u00a0<\/p>\n Respect<\/em><\/p>\n We are respectful\u00a0to our peers, adults, our community, our\u00a0habitat and the environment.
